Really enjoying this class with Sarah as it is relaxed and welcoming, beginner-friendly and challenging in just the right amount. Sarah has tailored some parts of the lesson to runners (as lots of us run regularly) but the content is always made accessible to everyone and non-runners needn't be put off - it does wonders for your mood too afterwards!
Sarah has a very kind and caring attitude towards all of us. She always ensures that we are doing the moves in the right way for us, and offers an alternative if we need it. I find that I work hard without realising it and leave feeling refreshed and full of energy.
