I am offering a new timetable of classes to keep you fit, flexible, strong and motivated. The classes will be streamed live using Zoom and you can join in then or if you prefer have the YouTube link sent to you so that you can take the class at a time that suits. All classes will be recorded, if you do the Zoom class, you will then have the same class sent to you so you can repeat it during the week.
Classes are £3 or £18 for 6. A link will be sent for the classes you'd like to do each week. I try to vary every class and offer a variety of sessions. If there's a class or focus that you would like to see, do let me know!
